Welcome to Momentra. By downloading, installing, browsing, or using the Momentra mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Momentra. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the app after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Momentra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run a copy of the mobile application on devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the application, any updates, or any part thereof.

3. User Content & Image Processing

Momentra does not claim ownership of any photos or content you edit or create using the application. You retain full copyright and ownership rights to all User Content. You are solely responsible for your photos and represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to use them.

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, all image framing and processing is conducted directly on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store your photos on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and application, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the application for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the application to create or compile a database, directory, or collection without written permission.
• Attempting to bypass security systems, access restricted developer portals, or disrupt app servers.
• Using the application to process obscene, defamatory, illegal, or infringing content.
• Using the app for commercial or resale purposes without our explicit written consent.
